Atwood Knife and Tool Shipping Policy

I ship almost everything via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days delivery time. I try to ship immediately upon receiving the order but sometimes there is a delay of a day or two while I finish something to the customer�s specification. I add insurance and/or delivery confirmation on larger orders and so they will have to be signed for.

Foreign Orders

Please contact me for shipping arrangements. Recent rate increases have made shipping overseas a bit more expensive unfortunately.

I do not ship via UPS or Fed Ex.

Lost Packages

For larger foreign orders I am no longer willing to send them via the cheaper Flat Rate Priority Mail International unless the customer agrees to share the risk. I WILL NO LONGER REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE FOR FREE that is destined for countries outside the US. Once it is in the postal system it is out of my hands and I don�t see why I should have to eat the loss. In the past I have often replaced lost packages for free but I had too many in 2006 and I�m not doing it anymore.

For domestic lost packages please email me and I will do my best to track it down. But again, I will no longer send free replacements.


My output varies considerably according to design and materials. I try my best to be fair to all customers, but I reserve the right to limit the amount of sales to individuals if the quantities are very limited.
